Rammy's Terms & Conditions — everything explained in plain language

To be eligible to open an account and use the platform, you must meet the following conditions. Compliance is mandatory — no exceptions.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Rammy may request a National ID or passport to verify age.
• Only one account may be opened per person, per household address, per family, or per device.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Registering under someone else's name or with false details is strictly prohibited.
• If you are accessing Rammy from a country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited, you are not permitted to use the platform.
• Accounts are for personal entertainment only and may not be used for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party.

There are certain rules that apply to managing your account on Rammy. These rules are in place for the protection of all members.

Login Security

Your username and password are strictly personal. They must not be shared with anyone — including family or friends. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account, whether authorised or not. If you notice any suspicious login activity, contact Rammy support immediately.

Keeping Your Information Up to Date

If your mobile number, email address, or any other account details change, you must update them on Rammy. Any issues arising from outdated information — such as blocked withdrawals or missed OTPs — are the member's own responsibility.

KYC Verification

Rammy may request KYC verification at any time for withdrawals above a certain amount or for security purposes. A photo of your national ID or passport along with a selfie is typically required. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

There are certain rules that must be followed when making deposits on Rammy. These rules are in place primarily for financial security and fraud prevention.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The maximum is determined by your account type and VIP level.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). Using another person's account may result in the payment being rejected or your account being temporarily suspended.
• Your balance is usually credited within 2–5 minutes after a deposit is completed. If there's a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• Rammy does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited from third-party sources or illegal origins are not accepted. This is part of our commitment to international anti-money laundering standards.

Certain conditions must be met to make a withdrawal. Rammy aims to return winnings to members as quickly as possible, but some procedures must be followed for security purposes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number registered to your account.
• Withdrawals on verified accounts are typically processed within 2–6 hours, with a maximum processing time of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals from bonus balance are not permitted until the wagering requirements have been met.
• If a withdrawal is delayed for any reason, our support team will resolve it within 48 hours.
• Rammy may request additional information to verify suspicious withdrawal requests.

Rammy's bonus offers are designed to give members added value. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager it a set number of times — this is the wagering requirement. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x wager means you need to place ৳5,000 in bets. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, expiry period, and eligible games listed separately.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Some bonuses can only be used on specific games or categories.
• Whether multiple bonuses can be active at the same time is specified separately in each offer.
• Rammy reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Claiming bonuses via VPN or proxy is strictly prohibited.

The following rules must be followed when participating in Sports Betting and casino games on Rammy.

Sports Betting

Bets may be cancelled within a specific window after placement but before the match begins — this varies by event. Once a bet is confirmed in live betting, cancellation is generally not possible. If a match is abandoned before completion or the result is disputed, Rammy will make a decision based on the circumstances.

Casino Games

In Live Casino and slots, the outcome of each round is independent and random. If a technical fault in the game causes an abnormal win, Rammy reserves the right to void that result. Any intentional exploitation of a software bug or glitch will result in account closure.

Odds Changes

Odds may change due to technical reasons at the time a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Rammy. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Match Fixing or Collusion — using multiple accounts or coordinating with others to gain bonuses or financial advantages.
• Arbitrage betting — exploiting odds differences across platforms to make risk-free profits.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonuses by opening multiple accounts or by any other means.
• Hacking or malware — any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Use of third-party accounts — managing someone else's account, or allowing another person to manage yours.
• Money laundering or illegal fund flows.

Rammy believes gaming is entertainment — and a responsibility. We want every member to enjoy it within their means, which is why a set of tools is always available on every account.

• Deposit Limits — Set your own maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account, with no option to reverse the decision.
• Reality check — periodic notifications showing how long you've been playing.

You can request account closure at any time by emailing our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Rammy may suspend or close an account without prior notice in cases of rule violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after the investigation is concluded.

Rammy strives to maintain the highest standards of security and reliability. However, some situations may arise that are outside our direct control.

• Rammy is not responsible for disconnections caused by internet or mobile network issues.
• Rammy is not responsible for issues related to a user's device or browser.
• If a delay occurs due to a third-party payment provider's issue, Rammy will work to resolve it as quickly as possible but does not bear sole liability for such delays.
• Rammy is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, or other circumstances beyond our control.
